Sounds and movement existed side by side in a journey through past and the experience of awaiting future. The production aimed to be a poetic examination of winter; of the great silence and what rises from silence. The productions have been performed in different venues in Norway, and have toured France and Poland among other countries. Polski Teatr Tańca is the biggest dance theatre company of Poland and can best be compared to the Norwegian Carte Blanch. Winter – a silent sleep took part in the MultiPliè dance festival.
